Directions For Use: Apply the massage cream to the face. Take a dime-sized amount with your fingertips. Use of a spatula will decrease the chances of spreading germs if sharing the cream with others. Warm your hands by rubbing them for a few seconds before beginning the massage. Smooth the massage cream into the skin lightly with your finger tips. Rub the moisturized skin using your thumbs, fingers and palms in upward circular strokes for 10-15 minutes as presented in the pictorial above. Wipe away excess cream with a towel after the massage is complete.
